The ERB test score is only one input into the admission process, but it is one of the fastest and easiest ways to eliminate applications when there is an abundance of demand and a limited number of spots. An ERB score can affect your child’s chances of admission to the school of your choice. Despite popular myth, the ERB is NOT purely an innate intelligence test. You can prepare for it. The ERB is an admissions test and more than 50% of the test measures learned material and concepts. The reality is that in areas where there is competition for school placement very few children take the test completely unprepared. Many children are "prepped" for the ERB test by specific pre-school curricula and activities.

Aristotle Circle’s Pre-K & Kindergarten ERB/WPPSI™-IV Test Preparation Workbook Set was developed by Aristotle Circle’s Director of Product Development, Janet Roberts. Roberts received her Masters of Science from Oxford University’s Department of Education in Educational Research Methodology, and is a certified teacher with a Bachelor of Education. Roberts has also studied at New York City’s most prestigious educational institutions, including Columbia University and Stuyvesant High School.
To develop the contents of this book, Roberts worked with select Aristotle Circle Test-Preparation Experts with extensive backgrounds in administering and tutoring early childhood educational assessments, intelligence tests, and neuro-psychological evaluations. To ensure this book was made to maximize your learning, it was designed and edited in collaboration with an Art professor with a Masters of Fine Arts and an art fellowship from Yale University.
