The Educational Records Bureau (ERB) administers a number of tests used as part of the application process to independent schools. There is no one ERB test. For applications to private school children up to age 7 take a modified version of the WPPSI. The ISEE (Independent Schools Entrance Exam) is used for children applying for entry to Gr 5 and up. The CTP 4 may be administered annually with the intent of measuring children's academic growth.
